As a high school junior, I've been looking for a university (4-year public/private) that has strengths in not only English language and literature, but, hopefully, has a program in either Asian Languages/Culture/Studies, or, Japanese language and literature. I have strengths in both areas, but, I'm still unsure of exactly what career I want once I leave college - so, I was hoping to keep my options as open as possible.

Some other things I was looking for, on the side:
~Somewhere on the west coast - though, preferably, somewhere without excessive rain. Rocky-mountain region colleges are fine, too...
~A place without an overly-large student population (small-to-medium sized colleges are fine)
~Affordable tuition (that means probably no ivy-league)

Thanks,
