Yes, but the reason why I said that is so that the OP knows that he can go into any field in engineering with a 3.2 GPA. The 3.2 is the highest minimum GPA needed (if you want to go into BME, you need a 3.2).
(I said that so the OP can aim higher so it won’t be a problem for him to get into CoE. It’s like training 5 miles for a 3 mile race, you’ll be ready)</p>
