Does Princeton have a lot of Asians like the other top schools? (just out of curiosity, no particular reason)

I hope not, cause I'm applying to Princeton!

Yes .

not as much as harvard and yale, i believe, but a hefty population nvrthless

then how can Princeton be considered racist and dominated by WASPS?

WASPS? White Anglo Saxxons Protestant Students? Isn't that pretty much 75% of America?

zing! HAHAHHA! OWNED>

According to the Yale Daily News's 2005 guide to colleges...

Yale: 34% minorities: 13% Asian, 8% African-American, 6% Hispanic, 0% Native American
Harvard: 40% minorities: 17% Asian, 7% African-American, 8% Hispanic, 1% Native American
Princeton: 35% minorities: 12% Asian, 8% African-American, 6% Hispanic, 1% Native American

So Princeton has about the same number of Asians as Yale, but less than at Harvard.

Asians are over-represented at every top school.

There was actually an article in the Prince not long ago about Princeton's supposed bias against asians. They argued that Princeton has too low of a percentage of asians compared to Harvard and Yale, so the adcom must be doing something fishy. I thought it was amusing, and I'm Chinese, so don't take it seriously.

Princeton has its share of WASPs, but then there are an equal or greater number of crazy liberals like me to suppress them, so it's not really an issue.
