<p>You can transfer from an OOS community college, but it is not really true that Cal has “plenty” of OOS transfer students. The vast majority of transfer slots at UC schools are reserved for California community college students.</p>

<p>@xcaliberse How many units did you get transferred for courses that aren’t on assist.org? Did they transfer all 6 units for Intro to Programming and Programming Fundamentals?</p>
