Ask away! I'll do what I can as a prep school kid to help you out!

if it easier to get accepted to a school as a sophmore or freshmen?

Also I’m applying to a school again. Does that increase my chances?

I would say these days one is not more likely than the other. I applied to my school literally in mid august 2009 and was accepted and enrolled a week later as a sophomore.
Many people are dropping out this year because of the economy so sophomore acceptance rate is most likely higher than ever.

Applying to the same school again definitely shows how interested and determined you are, and especially with their school in particular. Also I know for a fact that they keep your old application within very easy access and will compare the two, so new and eye catching things on your new application will prove a lot. i.e. higher grades in a class you were struggling in, sticking with a sport and having an award to prove for it, doing more community service.

Hope that helps!
