<p>Write a letter and inform them of a recently awarded scholarship, provide them with better SAT scores (hopefully), have my uncle (who is an alum, vp of a company that is a household name and gives tons of money to the school) write a rec. (did not ask before). Lastly -- tell them of a recent sports injury that required an ER visit, stitches, had black eye and big swollen head but still competed in my sport less than 36 hours later. Since this was a head injury, it was kind of a big deal. </p>

<p>Location, size, eating clubs, financial aid and the fact that they have a synchronized skating team that I wanted so badly to skate on. Also, they seem to value diversity (not the color of one's skin but rather unique experiences, interests, backgrounds, cultural differences).</p>
