Thought it'd be nice to keep all the questions to one thread for all those times Bruinwalk fails to give you an answer.

how is professor X for Y 10?

How is Scerri for Chem 14a?

How is Walsh for Chem 20L?
How is Fernandez for Math 33A?

o snaps multiple variables up in here

How is Millstein for CS132?

How is Black for ECON 103?
How is Wright for ECON 102?

Good thread btw. We should have this stickied.

now we just need people to answer our questions :(

yahooo, I didn't have Wright for 102, but I heard good things about him. I was also told that he's one of those econ professors who isn't so caught up in the strict bell curve distribution, so no one in his class got below a B-.

This is just what I heard, though. I take no responsibility for any possible misinformation, haha.

Haha thanks cheese. Do you know the common sequence for bizecon majors is after the pre-reqs are complete? 102 and 103?

What about Litt for Mgmt. 122 and Krop for Econ 130?

Scerri for 14A is awesome (if you can get past his jerkish attitude). I thought he was entertaining and that his tests were pretty straightforward. Just study the course reader and you should be set.

Krop for Econ 130 is good too. I'm taking him right now. His lectures are rather boring (2.5 hours?!) but the material itself is actually pretty interesting. The book is definitely one of the better Econ books out there (be prepared for lots of reading). His tests are fair and were straight from his practice exams and the book.

And my friend who's taking Litt for Mgmt 122 has had no complaints so far. Though that's not really much help.

Halpin for LS 1?
and i heard bad stuff about Piers for LS 1, is that prof. really hard?
:)

Dang, lots of reading? Boo. Oh well - weekend for the win!

Haha, no complaints are good, better than many. =) Thanks Bruinette!

Halpin for LS 1?

Ergh. She's kinda flighty and jumpy. I hated her lecture style. But it was probs bc I hated the LS1 material, too (she taught the second half of my quarter; Hespenheide taught the first). She has PPT slides posted online, though, so that's nice.

How is Larsen for Chem 14a?

And anyone ever have Kucherenko/Butler for math?

Kucherenko is a great teacher. You will have to put in a lot of effort in doing homework (30 series) but she presents the material clearly if you follow along and don't fall behind.

how are Davis and Ioudina for Stats10?

Never had Ioudina, but Davis is awesome.
She's a sweetheart and her class felt like high school. She's a good lecturer and great at presenting the material. Her homework and tests are easy and fair.
I'd definitely recommend her. :)

How is Falce-Robinson for Spanish 4?
