What is your opinion of this?

What is your opinion of this?

I'm guilty of being heightist, and I don't care. I grew up in a community/school where I was constantly gawked at/made fun of for my height. Until high school, when I realized how much of an advantage it was to be tall. So maybe my heightism roots back to resentment towards those who mocked me for not fitting the "teensie itsy bitsy girl" stereotype, but whatever.

I'm a med-tall to tall girl. Semi-Amazon, if you will. But really, any girl under 5'10" isn't THAT tall. But whatever. Still. I take the height stereotypes with me...

My looks are somewhat unconventional in general. I use them as my "gimmick," if you will. I live for being unconventional and forcing my quirks to work for me, and I attribute these characteristics (especially my height)--at least in some part--to my success.

But nevertheless, I do feel bad for short guys. Because that just sucks. But I generally only go for tall guys because I think it feels the best. Tall couples are hot, too. Hahahaha.

Wooow. I'm sure you didn't think I would go that nuts with your question.

Is your honesty admirable?

Is your honesty admirable?

The most admirable.

In elementary school, were you always taller than other people/girls in your grade?

In elementary school, were you always taller than other people/girls in your grade?

Always. I looked way older, too. I could host a whole Oprah special about the loss of my childhood due to my height. But I couldn't even take myself seriously, so I won't. Haha, but it DID. I grew up way faster...its nuts the assumptions made about children based on their height. There were literally people who thought I was in high school when I was 10. Ridiculous.

no

does not talking in properly punctuated and capitalized sentences make you feel inferior?

Do you know that I agree with you about assumptions made about children based on their height?

Do you know that some people at the old folk's home I volunteered at in 9th grade thought I was in at least my 3rd year of college?

does not talking in properly punctuated and capitalized sentences make you feel inferior?

Nothing makes me feel inferior. Except...standardized testing. And ninjas.

Do you know that I agree with you about assumptions made about children based on their height?

I'm glad you agree. Because it's true. And I'm sure I'll have freakishly tall model/basketball player looking kids who will have to deal with the same crap. So I'm prepared, haha.

Do you know that some people at the old folk's home I volunteered at in 9th grade thought I was in at least my 3rd year of college?

Well...no. I don't understand. Is that because you were very tall in 9th grade, or because you are just more mature looking?

I was tall and I guess I behaved maturely, so they just assumed. But I think it's mostly about height.

Yeah, I think so too. Which really embarrassed me when I was young...because teenagers would think I was their peer, but then when I spoke or reacted to them, I was still a little girl. But none of it added up physically.

Ef. Oh well! It's all good now : D.

did you know that without standardized testing, colleges would have a hard time gauging an applicant's innate academic ability?

Will you say goodbye?

did you know that without standardized testing, colleges would have a hard time gauging an applicant's innate academic ability?

Shut up.

Will you say goodbye?

No, I'll say "A Bientot!"

I can't do the accent right now, so don't try to own me. Because I know it's supposed to be there.

you mean this:

you mean this: ??

Thanks.

Are you going to tell me your ACT score the 2nd it comes up?

Are you going to tell me your ACT score the 2nd it comes up?

I don't normally share my score with anyone besides my mom. And a few people who DON'T go to my school because I don't want them being all competitive towards rank and whatnot. We'll see if you're lucky enough to hear.
