What's the best way to stop myself from drinking sodas?</p>
<p>@Hell - Don't buy any soda. Learn about the wonderful thirst quenching powers of water. If that is too big of a jump, switch to gatorade and work your way down. Gatorade is like nicorette for cigarette smokers. If you drink it for the caffee, I'd recommend iced tea, esp. unsweatened if you are health conscious. Also I'm a big fan of energy drinks, like sobe adrenaline rush. Most people like coffee, but I am not most people. Also aviod diet drinks at all costs. The calories you get from normal sugar are in no way sa bad as the potential harming effects of sweateners.</p>

<p>his answers have more big words...bendrum's advice is nice and long and thorough...Mike's are short..but bendrum's have no nice big words in them. I really can't tell who's is better.</p>
