Asking for a friend...If you have a MCAT score and want to retest in the summer....

If you have an MCAT score and you want to submit EARLY to AMCAS this next cycle, and you want to retake the MCAT in the summer (say June), how does that delay AMCAS verification?

I recall Curmy's story about his D's lil sis's verification being delayed because of a retake.

So, does AMCAS put verification on hold until the new score arrives? Do they do everything UP TO the point of getting the new score and then verify once that's in? do they verify based on the current score, and then later update with a new score?

How does all of this delay getting supplementals and II's?

If you already have a score, they won’t delay the verification for the new one - it will be verified with the current score.
