asking for admissions decision early?

<p>i want to live off campus w/ friends next year at my current school, but i can't sign any contracts unless i know for sure berkeley won't be taking me. have you guys heard of berkeley releasing decisions early in cases like this? will asking for an admissions decision early guarantee my rejection, lol?</p>

<p>i realize im probably going to have to wait... there are thousands of applicants and surely, many are dealing with the same thing. still, it would suck to have to live in the dorms for 3 years :/</p>

<p>My girlfriend has the same issue at Davis. No, they are not going to release admission decisions early.</p>

<p>haha I love this question. I was seriously considering doing the same thing when I saw the title of this thread. I have absolutely no legitimate reason though. It would be oh so sweet to know my fate early.</p>
