If I check the Financial Aid in Common App will it affect my chances of going into a college? Maybe I can pay the tuition with alot of effort from my parents, but a little help wont do any harm.
Can I get offered admission without financial aid even if ask for it? Maybe because they ran out of funds or something else.

Asking for FA can clearly impact admissions at some colleges, but which ones and how much is uncertain. It’s not a game I’d advise anyone play, as you shouldn’t be so desperate to gain admission to any school at the risk of turning down money you need and deserve.

Which colleges are you applying to?

Apply for aid. Odds are, you won’t get as much as you hope anyway. So DO apply.

Many colleges are need blind - they don’t know whether you apply for aid or not, they just admit or deny based on your application; for instance, public universities: they admit you without checking your ability to pay, and it’s your problem if you don’t have enough money to attend (especially OOS publics).

Some colleges are need aware: in that case, make sure you’re well-above the median scores/GPA for admitted students, since the better you rank compared to other applicants, the more likely they are of offering a good financial aid package; it also helps if you apply to schools 400+miles from home, especially in the Midwest and South.

The best schools are need-blind, 100% need schools. Those schools admit you on the strength of your application only, THEN they ensure you can attend by providing 100%financial aid you need. THEY get to define your financial need, of course, but typically these schools are the most generous.
The ONLY colleges that meet 100% need (ie., all admitted students receive enough financial aid to attend) are the following - note that they’re all very selective so you’d need good stats:

Don’t “stretch” your family’s finances.

Apply to financial aid. Only if your family can pay 95% all costs (ie., count: room, board, tuition, fees, books, health insurance, transportation) should you NOT apply for aid.
However, if your family has $200,000 in an account somewhere, sure, don’t apply for financial aid - most OOS publics will be glad to have you pay the OOS fees in addition to their tuition.

So what can I do regarding Financial Aid? I mean will they accept me and then look at the financial aid or the fact that Im asking for aid will affect their final decision. Because they maybe can accept me and not give me any aid even thought I requested it?

Apply for the aid.

Most places will make the decision to admit or not admit you separately from the decision about how much aid to offer you. Yes, it is entirely possible that you could be admitted and not offered any aid at all.

Run the Net Price Calculator at each website, and see if it is likely that the place could be affordable for you. But please note that if you are an international applicant, or if your parents own a small business or more homes than just the family home, the NPCs are not reliable.
