Asperger Support at UCSC and UCSB

My son has been admitted to several UC's but is zeroing in on these 2. He is very high end Aspergers, mostly needing executive function support in time management and planning. But he is also dysgraphic and is an auditory learner.

So much is changing right now with all the UC cut backs. Does anyone have any experience with support at either UCSB or UCSC? Are there private cognitive coaches in the area? The decision time is looming.
