Asset in a foreign country

<p>CSS profile's last section asks to list assets in foreign countries and also asks to modify the Parents' Assets section accordingly. I have an inherited property in a foreign country, but I don't think I have a way to get an accurate appraisal. So, does it really matter what amount I put in there? </p>

<p>Yes, it matters. You want to be as accurate as possible. What would you be able to sell that property for in that country? That is a start…convert to U.S. dollars.</p>
