<p>DePaul University requires 1 recommendation but will accept 2. I had assigned one of my English teachers for it and submitted my common app, but her recommendation is still labeled 'started'. If I assign another one of my teachers who's recommendation is labeled "submitted" through my other college app, will DePaul still be able to see the 2nd recommendation even though I have already submitted their application? Sorry if this sounds confusing!</p>

<p>No, you are not able to assign additional recommenders after submitting an application. You would need to send an additional rec by snail or e-mail.</p>
