When I look for my pre-reqs on assist.org it says no course articulated for cretin courses. will that be held against me if I cant take those courses at my CCC?
Thanks

wow, i haven't encountered any ccc that doesn't offer intro to sociology.

I suggest u find a nearby ccc to take it at.

my school does offer intro to soci and the course is UC transferable; it just doesn’t count as a major pre-req. but will that effect my admission?

wow that must be some weird intro to socio class.

My ccc has a very simple class, but cal accepts it

Yah it's retarded. I have the same problem w/ a Shakespeare class I took at my CCC which isn't counting. But the same courses that are relatively weaker academically than my CCC count. It's so strange.

In terms of it counting against you, it may. But you never know. Maybe adcoms will still like the fact that you did take the class. And perhaps, if you do get admitted, you can contest it and hopefully have it added to your total courses being transferrred.

darn it, I hope that won’t count against me

so, since I have taken stats and got a 4.0 that means my pre-req GPA is a 4.0...right

Lol you go to BUTTe College. hahaha.

Edit: I guess so.

ya and the school also sucks, but a lot of easy teachers
