I have significant experience in Machine Learning(worked as Research Intern) and Digital Image Processing .

What will be my chance of getting transfer?

Are you applying for Fall 2014? If so you are almost too late - the deadline is July 1 and it can take 4-6 weeks to get an admission decision.

If I have passed a course, does that means it is transferable and i will get the its credit as assigned by my current institute. Or there are some complications ? I am applying for spring !

Spring 2015 - apply to UT Dallas in August/September. The Financial Aid deadline for Spring 2015 is October 15, 2014. You need to be admitted to UT Dallas and have all Financial Aid paperwork submitted to make the deadline.

No, just because you passed a class does not mean it will transfer to UT Dallas. You have a few options to check to see if a class transfers to UT Dallas - check out transferology (use the link provided on the admission page, cannot post links to this website) or set up an appointment with an admission counselor. They can give you an unofficial review of how your classes will transfer.
