Aston and Dunn Hall

I've been accepted to A&M and I'm now trying to decide which hall I'd like to live in. I've already decided on living in the south side of campus in the common dorms (everybody seems to think it's a great environment for freshman). The only problem is I'm trying to decide between Aston and Dunn hall.

I don't smoke or drink and the only difference between Aston and Dunn is that Aston is substance free. However, I've heard that this isn't a problem in Dunn either (although they don't have the rule, so it can happen.) I'm just a little worried that the people in the substance free hall will be more stiff and boring. I want to have a fun expierence and meet interesting/out-going people, but I don't plan on drinking or smoking.

Can anyone describe the two personalities of these dorms? Are the people different? Which one would you suggest?

Aston is coed, Dunn is all male if that is a factor in your decision.

There is going to be a bunch of changes in Fall 2006, so past experience may not be a valid factor in our decision.

let me tell ya...any plans you have for not drinking/smoking will go right out the window when you get to college....take it from someone who knows...
