ASU Computer Science or Computer Systems Engineering

I'm kind of confusing in choosing between Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) or Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Computer systems engineering).
Which one would be more promising?
If any of you know about these, please help me out.

Thanks.

Do you prefer high-level stuff or low-level stuff?

If you like algorithms and CS theory, CS is better. If you like to do hardware and hardware-level programming, CSE.

Thank you! ASU CS program is good?
How do you rate CS program at ASU?

I don’t know much about it. I have never heard anybody mention ASU when it comes to CS.

Does it mean CS is not a good choice at ASU? It’s a waste of money to do CS at ASU?
I heard that CS grad program ranks 45th place. and the companies like Microsoft, NASA, Intel, IBM are recruiting from there.

Isnt it true?

It’s not a top level program, but that doesn’t mean it’s bad. If they say that those companies recruit there, then I’m sure it has produced some quality grads.
