Asu out of state?

<p>Is Arizona state good with grants, financial aid, loans, scholarships, etc. to people who live out of state?</p>

<p>I am black, fillipino, white, my mom only makes 15-20k a year supporting me, my Sis, and grandparents. Currently have a 4.2 GPA, 3.8 unweighted. Haven't taken sat or act yet. Although I wanna attend this school for it's great kinesiology program. Any info on this out of state action would be great. Thanks.</p>
