I know that since ASU is a big state university it heavily depends on SAT/ACT scores + GPA for deciding scholarships. The three main scholarships I saw on ASU’s website were President ($9000), Provost ($6000), and University ($3000). I wanted to see what type of scores I needed to get these scholarships, so if anyone received these, or any other scholarship, please post your SAT/ACT score and GPA.

I am an out of state student so I got the Sun Devil Scholarship (now at $8,000 a year I believe). I'm not exactly sure what the equivalent is for the ones listed above. I had an 1870 (out of 2400) SAT and 25 ACT, as well as a 4.3 weighted gpa/3.8 unweighted.

Just remember that the three scholarships that you listed are only for in-state students.

That said, through talking to other students who have received either the President or Provost scholarship, SAT scores were the separating factor. I got the President with a 2000 SAT and about 3.6 unweighted, while I know others with similar GPAs and lower SAT scores that received the Provost instead.

I called the scholarship office last summer to ask what they based it off of, and for in-state scholarships, they only use your ABOR (Arizona Board of Regents) GPA. This is your unweighted core classes (english, math, science, history, 2 yrs. foreign language, 1 yr arts/vocational studies).

So, SAT's don't matter.
My Unweighted GPA was about 3.6, my ABOR GPA was about 3.3. I got the Provosts scholarship.
