Reach for:

Vanderbilt (ACT very good, however GPA will hurt you)
Wake Forest (Wake is holistic, may look past GPA because of your school, but Wake is still extremely competitive).
Emory (Emory has a lot of Northerners)
UCLA (Easier to get in out of state, they will like your ACT, but GPA hurts)
USC (Assuming So. California. Same as UCLA)

Match:

NYU (They will like that you are from the north)
UCSB (Not as competitive as the other california schools)

Good luck, and Go DEACS!

Vandy: reach
Wake Forest: low reach
Emory: high match
UCLA: match
USC: match
NYU: low match
UCSB: match
