i am doing premed and i was wondering what is the easiest major to do at ucla
(if i get accepted that is)

Is history, sociology, or woman's studies the easiest?
also is there an easier major that i did not list, please let me know.

i know i should do a major im interested in, but im not interested in anything that is a major. so really im just looking for the easy major so i can finish all my prereqs for premed on the side without being worried about doing bad in my major classes.
please let me know you opinions on this.
thank you!

Do history. It’s super easy and super interesting and teaches you practical life skills. Like how to bs. And other things hahaha. No but really, history at UCLA is great. The professors are extremely interesting, really into the subject, and I think it really does teach you a lot about learning how to do research, how to critically think and ask questions that have not been asked before, and of course to support every little thing you say with concrete and detailed evidence.

Majors which emphasize writing (e.g. philosophy, history, English, etc.) typically average GPAs typically of 3.2 with small variances at UCLA from data that I saw. The big exception was Classics, which has an average major of 3.5-3.6

I originally found the data on UCLA’s AIM page. Don’t know if it’s still there, but you can hunt around for it if you’d like:
