What are best times to schedule classes? Morning, around noon, or late afternoon? Are there some opinions or some good reasons for scheduling classes more for the morning or for the afternoon? I'm interested in some thoughts on this. =)

yeah, I usually like to leave a space in between some classes. This give me time to study and review things. And I don't like more than 3 classes in a row.

I had the earliest possible classes. Its nice, you start your day off with classes, and then have the afternoons and evenings free to work or do school work. It also makes you keep a healthier sleep schedule

Personally I try to avoid Friday classes (3 day weekends are wonderful) and 8 AM. Next semester I will have class 9-5 pretty much M-Th with a break for lunch each day. Too much time between classes other to eat causes me to procrastinate.

well, I'm lucky to be a morning person, I guess. I found that any class after 3 would just not work, but that morning classes were my best grades. Try a variety your first semester, and figure out what works for you.

My earliest summer class is at 7:45 AM, then another one at 10:15.

For me, its not a matter of what time the class is at, I am more concerned with the subject and how engaging the class is- that alone can keep me awake.

8 AMs are horrible, i can't believe some people recommend them

9's are still kinda early, 10 am is ideal

i also prefer MWF classes over TR. even though you have an extra day, the classes don't drag on and if you miss class you wont be too far behind

I'm starting college in a couple weeks (10 week summer program)

No Class on fridays

PHL-W304: CONTEMPORARY MORAL PROBLEMS MTWTH 10:00-11:15
ECO: INTRODUCTION TO MICROECONOMICS MTWTH 11:30-12:45P

BIO-W301M: ECOLOGY, EVOLUTION, & SOCIETY MTWTH 1:00- 2:30P
AND Wednesday 2:30- 3:30P

I think its pretty good, most says I'll be done at 2:30, it's just on wednesdays the Bio class is going to have lectures for an additional hour.
