At which college are my chances best ?

Hey guys,

I am an undergraduate student from Germany who wants to study abroad. I love the USA and want definately to study there. I already took the SAT and TOEFL, here are my scores :

TOEFL ibt : 109
SAT : Math 670, CR 620, WR 620

I know that the SAT scores are not that good ( especially when you compare them to scores of some members in this forum ), but I still want to give it a try.
I just wondered at which unversity I should apply ? I dont want to apply at 15 universities, because the fees are pretty high for each application. For this reason I want to know, where do I have a relatively high chance to get in ?
I considered Business or Environmental studies as a major. I dont give much about the location of the unversity, however I would appreciate a beautiful state with a nice social life. Maybe you could give me some hints ? I would really appreciate that. And I appologize for my probably incorrect English, I am in Australia at the moment and still jetlagged ;)

kindly regards

Are you aware of the cost of U.S. universities? Add to that transportation to and from Germany. There are college guides which may be available at a public library or check on the internet for colleges in the U.S. that offer programs which interest you. See how your scores and grades compare with students who have been admitted. Carefully consider the cost of attendance. Many private colleges/universities cost over $50,000 per academic year. Can your family afford this?

Yes, I am totally aware of the high costs. However my parents are able to afford tihs.
As a matter of fact , I cant decide between Business and Environmental studies. What kind of confused me, was the fact that Business requires certain courses ? And in Germany we dont have these courses, can I apply anyway for Business ?

Are you already an undergrad? If so, will you be transferring as a junior?

I apply as an undergraduated student, im a freshman respectively.
