At which UC's do I have a chance?

White CA female. Rising Senior… so my time has come guys!!! lol

UC GPA: 4.00
Current Rank: 5/525 (this is only based on my last semester’s GPA… my school does not put out final ranks until the end of your senior year)
SAT: 700R, 660W, 470 M (will retake in october)
SAT II: 710 Bio-m, 620 Spanish, 590 Lit

EC’s: I dont want to make a list. I’ll just say I have lots of volunteering, leadership and activism in the community.

So, which UC’s will accept me based on my current info?

UCLA and Berkeley are reaches with your current scores.
UCSD is a Low Reach/Match
UCD,UCI,UCSB are Safe Matches
UCSC,UCR are safeties
If you could get the math score above a 600 it would really improve your chances at the top UC's

Don't believe the safe matches... this system is too fickle for anyone to think they are safe. Some of the schools will let you score your situation and then you can compare it to what they have accepted before...

If you just want a guess, UCLA and Berkeley would require some serious hooks, UCSD and UCDavis are better matches, the others are bordering on match safeties with UC Merced being the wildcard. So much depends on competition. I didn't think UC's cared that much about the SAT.

UCB/UCLA:Slight Reach
UCSD:Match
UCD/UCS/UCI:Safe Match
UCSC/UCR/UCM:Safety

you get like fat pointage for being in the top 4% of your class dont you? and only a 4.0 UCGPA gets you into the top 1% of your class? dayummm

I think they mean your graduating class... Currently i'm in the top 1% of my class but that's only taking into account my current GPA (from last semester). My cumulative GPA is a 3.83.. which definitely knocks me out of the top 4% of my class..

But then again... i don't know how the UC's do their stuff.. it all confuses me lol.
