<p>hi im looking to get recruited for golf this fall and i was wondering what the athletic recruiting process involves for mostly highly selective schools. several that i'm looking at do not give out scholarships. anybody want to help out? </p>

<p>Usually you fill out a recruitment form to the college...then depending, your coach sends them tape or statistics, then they contact you and come to see you play....thats how it works for lacrosse atleast</p>

<p>i was recruited by Harvard for football...but in all honesty, i dont think i would be right at that school.</p>
<p>all i had to do is score a 1250/1600 on the SAT to be elgible...</p>
<p>I got some smarts but that would be too much for me, so i chose not to follow up with the recruiting coach who i actually spoke too.</p>
