Does anyone have an estimation about the possability to recieve a soccer scholarship at NU?
How good i the team? How many scholarship do the give out in general?

I don’t know about the deadline but your should try to contact the coach as soon as possible. Recruiting is usually done before the general admission deadline and recruits have much higher chance of getting the NU admission offer. Their SAT average is significantly lower than the average for non-athletes. Each team has certain number of athletic scholarships but I don’t know how many. It’s definitely a nice way to finance your education.

NU isn’t one of the powerhouses, so most of them don’t have any national award. If you are pretty good at the national level in Sweden, they will definitely give you a serious consideration since they know how competitive w. soccer is in Sweden.

Well, I’m male :P… But thanks anyway.
I’ve contacted the coaches, I going to send a video. But I won’t have a good video to send before 21 nov. So I will send the video sometime after that. Is that soon enough?

I’m really hoping for this to go well. a scholarship would really help me finacially and for my admission. Keeping my fingers crossed :)

lol…sorry. in that case, it’s more competitive because the m soccer team is actually pretty good. it’s ranked #12 now; it reached NCAA quarterfinal last year.
