<p>What do you guys think of attaching resumes under Additional Information?
Is it just repetitive and annoying? There are a lot of things on my resume that I just couldn't fit in the activities section, so I'm tempted to attach a resume. But I don't want to be annoying. Are you personally attaching a resume?</p>
<p>I’m not. I just typed the additional activities that didn’t fit in the activities section in the Additional Information box.</p>
<p>That’s what I’m doing for MIT since it only lets you type in a box, but for my common app schools, I’ve been uploading a resume. My counselor told me to, I didn’t realize that it wasn’t necessarily normal to upload a resume until I already submitted like half my apps. Yeech.</p>
<p>Personally, I’d attach the resume, assuming it’s well formatted and explains and / or outlines EC activities, part time jobs, sports, etc in words different or not included in the limited spaces on the Application form itself.</p>
<p>Our guidance counselors included paper copies of the student resumes with the transcripts and recommendations they sent out to the schools as part of the process.</p>
