<p>Rutgers is not really a safety. It’s a target. Seton Hall is a safety. BUT only if the following is true:
A) You’ll definitely get in
B) You can afford it
C) YOU LOVE IT AND WOULDN’T MIND GOING THERE.</p>

<p>Only if the above are true would it be a safety. But maybe it is best to have just one other safety. Perhaps one with a short supplement and free application at this point in the game.</p>

<p>What other safety would you recommend? For international relations, seton hall is a nice safety but I cannot think of any more.</p>

<p>I’m looking for a big, vibrant school in a good urban location with a good IR program. I guess those are my main concerns.</p>
