ps: i really would like to “talk” to you because I need some intl advices, could I have your email please?

I havent really decided yet, but I dont think I’ll score so much that it would help.
I dont want to take it simply because of the cost (test + scores). I thikn that f I took SAT and (unlike the first time) actually prepare for it, I could reach 2200 which would help me more than 105 on TOEFL.

Schools:
Grinnell, Trinity, Hamilton, Hampshire, Kenyon, St. Lawrence, Washington and Lee, Sewanee, U of Richmond - probably not to all of them, in fact I’m sure only about Grinnell and Trinity.
And two long reaches - Williams and Wesleyan. I know I dont have much of a chance, but I’ll probably try at least one of them (Williams), never knows what can happen…

I’m also applying to Hampshire College, but I’ve seen you have extraordinary scores, why don’t you try an Ivy?

Thanks for a compliment, but Ivies? No, I dont think I have a chance. I wanted to try Dartmouth, but I gave it up.
And when I saw here scores (SAT scores) of people who apply to Ivies and especially when I say their ECs (everyone is President or VP of some clubs, everyone has like 150+ hours of community service etc.) I say a little difference.
Maybe with better scores (2200 instead of 2120 and 800 from WH instead of 770), but since I’m not used to writing “american” essays and my techers have never written a recommendation for US school, I cant rely on outstanding essays and excellent recommendations as other students.
