Okay I took a semester off..and I just logged on live on and it said email if you couldnt move in yesterday(oops just logged in today) and I need to attend academic orientation...I've already attended it..
Ugh I just emailed them, but just wanted to see if any of you know whats up with this?

Anyone, pleeeease?

Bump…they havent replied yet now im freaking out

Classes start Monday. Are you just now trying to get a room? When was your orientation because that is when you set up classes.

I attended in June and yeah I was just trying to get a room, but i signed on to live on and looked on the current roomate assignment page and it said “you have been approved to move into your new campus home at MSU on Wed. January 2, 2013 so that you may attend your Academic Orientation program session”

So you really don’t have classes set up for Monday then, do you, because orientation is usually where new students set up classes?

I attended in June, set my classes up, took a semester off now I’m coming back. I’m still enrolled in the same spring classes…I’ve gotten a email from a professor with the syllabus so I’m pretty sure my classes are a-okay.

I know that when my son moved in and out of the dorms he had to sign in and get the key and all that and I don’t know if there would be someone there on a weekend to get you set up.

The classes you set up in June for fall semester classes could be different than the spring semester classes. Classes and instructers change quite often.

What should I do ?
I thought the resident assistant would be there
I set up my spring classes too…

OK, ignore what I said about the classes then. I guess all you can do is wait for housing to email you. Like I said, I don’t know if they would have anyone working this weekend.

Yeah, South Case.
I just looked on the parking pass and it said Jan 2-6 is move in days so thanks for your help. I think this situation is more clear now lol.

Good. It sounds like someone will be there this weekend to help you get moved in. Have fun. MSU is great.
