Attending college out of state for better job placement?

I took a semester off after the arrest. Also I I’m considered a junior since I have more than 30 credits. As for the arrest yes it happen months before I turned 21 and and I did a pretrial diversion and yes the arrest got expunged late 2016. Honestly I believe the expunge was a waste of time and was pointless.

I’m not a lawyer…but you say you were arrested for a misdemeanor and you were NOT convicted. Right…not found guilty.

The arrest was expunged. But you were never convicted of a crime.

What is the issue??

You need to have 60 credits to be considered a junior.

You are the one who keeps bringing up your criminal record. What we are trying to tell you is that for some jobs (government or a private employer with a govt contract) it MIGHT matter that you were once arrested, but we can’t know. Just advising you to always be honest on the applications, job or college, and it makes no difference if you are applying instate or OOS, the questions are the same.

@thumper1 Cause I believe that it will affect me getting into a 4 year college and all I’m good for now is a dead end job compare having a decent job now.
