<p>If you read the FAQs, we're allowed to enroll in another 4 year university before starting @ Berkeley with the approval of our admissions officer. So I just called in and was told it's perfectly fine as long as I don't go over 80 transferable units (semester). So instead of having to decide on UCB or UCLA...I think I might just go to UCLA for the fall quarter! I'm scared that I might just fall in love with it, though :P</p>
<p>Oh, and when I called, I asked for Mr._____ because I thought the first name is masculine, but she turned out to be a WOMAN. AHHH. I felt so stupid. She was really nice about it, though. And she remembered me (I have a unique name)!!! So I asked her how, and she was like, "Oh, I remember reading your application." O.O That was surreal. I'm going to visit her in person this Friday to talk about how this might work out.</p>

<p>but ucla is on the quarter system.. doesn't that mean that matching up classes will be v. difficult if not impossible. i was just going to do berkeley's summer session and then spend fall taking one-two classes at my cc (i need to finish up a course for my 2nd major->math)</p>
<p>Well, units from classes I take @ UCLA won't transfer anyway...but I really want to experience fall session at a UC! That's when the school's the most..."alive" and whatnot, you know?</p>
<p>that's the thing. i mean, let's say for those that were to appeal and get spring admission (hopefully, this will include me), than we would be missing out on the "new transfer students getting used to the school." something some of you guys may wanna consider.</p>
<p>not yet... im chekcing my email more often than i was checking my uc admission statuses a couple months back :\ aka every couple of hours. ahh i hope i hear back soon. ill let you guys know, once i do.</p>
