<p>Do I need to submit the CSS Profile or the FAFSA forms to Penn? Any help would be greatly appreciated!</p>

<p>The only canadians who submit the CSS are those who live in the US.</p>

<p>looks like there is a special Canadian form if you apply for financial aid:
