ATTN Canadians..

i got an email from Harvard asking for the following information for FA.

*Photocopies of your parents’ complete 2003 federal income tax return, including all schedules filed (we have received a Notice of Assessment for each but require the entire tax return, as filed with Revenue Cananda)

however, my father isn't really sure what they're looking for... could someone who applied to Harvard FA help me clarify this? He has already sent the summary of his tax return, apparently, they wanted more information.

I think this hardly needs to be said, but...contact the financial aid office already. Random high school students are not the people to ask for advice in filling out financial forms.

in addition to the summary...i just sent htem EVERYTHING...the whole 50 pages or whatever of both my parents' tax forms

50 pages?!?!?! wow

haha. yup.

how can it be that many pages.. the tax return form should be around 5 pages...

5 pages?!? hmm...well, maybe mine is longer b/c both my parents are self-employed so there's a lot more junk for them to fill out...

i had a fun time photocopying all 50 pages for every university. lol
