<p>im applying to AU... how hard is it to get financial aid there? What are the advantages and disadvantages of going there?</p>
<p>i can't say much about need based aid, because i didn't apply for it, but their merit based aid is great in my opinion...</p>
<p>for pros and cons, really depends on your intended major and what you're looking for in a school..</p>

<p>the political science program here is very, very strong... i don't really know anything about the journalism department though</p>

<p>a lot... possibly full tuition presidential (26,000) or definitely a good amount otherwise (there are a range of awards for dean's and presidential scholarships), would depend if your extra curriculars and other things are good too!</p>
<p>i'm not sure exactly what your gpa translates to on a 4.0 scale, but obviously out of 100 it's very high...</p>
