Auburn / Clemson - Scores needed to waive OOS Tuition?

My dd (Sophmore this year) is interested in Auburn & Clemson.

What type of SAT/ACT scores would we need to have in order to have the out-of-state tuition fee waived? (She's planning on taking both the SAT & the ACT, as well as 4 AP exams and 3 SAT-II Subject Tests).

She's a homeschooler, so no class rank is available. Her GPA is a 3.83, if that helps any!

Thanks in advance!

If you haven't seen this site already, it says the minimum requirements are a 27 ACT or 1220 SAT. Scholarship winners probably have higher scores, though.

Clemson required a 1400+ SAT to waive OOS tuition, but that was several years ago (it may've changed).

In general, I think a 1400+ (or 2100+) SAT would be a good bet.
