Apparently this year, “highly qualified” students (particularly in EA2) were notified shortly after the deadline. This seems to be any student who qualifies for the Pres Scholarship (so high ACT score).
Other EA2 decisions have not come out yet. If I had to guess, based on the past, I would say tomorrow.
Also doesn’t look like scholarship info is out yet, but should be any day. Auburn is pretty much “what you see is what you get”, although they did throw in an extra $500 merit for my daughter last year…not sure why.
Hi,
That is what I thought, also…I thought my son was applying for the October 15th deadline to hear back November 15th. He applied 10/4 and got the acceptance email on 10/20. I can’t figure this one out…
Daughter accepted test optional for landscape architecture! So excited. We are OOS with a 4.0 unweighted. But we hadn’t heard of anyone else accepted yet who was TO. It’s possible!
Wow! Where else is your son applying, he sounds like an awesome kiddo…think my guy has moved on in his head. He’s got a cool story and lots of leadership, Captain of soccer team and playing for the state championship in 2 days, so guess we’ll take the Auburn decision as our disappointment for the week…hopefully it’s our only one.
I just want to give those who didn’t send test scores some bit of hope. We had zero hope of an acceptance, having not sent them. There must be some holistic evaluation. Otherwise we would not have been accepted. Hang in there, it’s not impossible.
