Auburn vs Ohio State vs Alabama

Hey guys! So I know it is very late and the deadline is next week but I am trying to decide between these three schools. I will be pre med at all three and since alabama doesn't have biomedical science as a major I will be double majoring in psych and bio there and biomedical science and psych at ohio and auburn.

-Alabama is the cheapest & Auburn and Ohio are basically the same
-Honors at Alabama and neither the other two
-will not have a car on campus
-want to rush
-on waiting list for housing at auburn
-applied for housing at alabama
-have not yet made deposit at ohio state

want to complete research and volunteer as well

I love the south but I know that Ohio State is the best academically ranked. I am worried about not having a car at Auburn and Alabama not having my major.

Opinions please?

Don’t need a car at Auburn so you can eliminate that concern but it should be the bottom of your criteria anyway. All great schools to choose from.

You have to have a side of the Iron Bowl that you don’t want to pick! That should eliminate one.

I have connections to all three.

At Auburn you can get away with not loving football. At OSU that is definitely not an option at all (nothing else is near as important), and at 'Bama it might be nearly mandatory too. At Alabama, “Bear” Bryant is regarded as the greatest football coach of all time. At OSU, Woody Hayes is regarded as that, and a great philosopher, and humanitarian, and role model, and… give me a break, he coached football.

You probably need a car more at OSU than at the other two, for the simple reason that it is freezing cold for most of the school year. Even riding the bus is no fun in January. Plus the campus is almost exactly the same size as Auburn and Alabama combined – that is NOT an exaggeration!

MCAT counts more than your major. Honors at Alabama, for less money. I take that.
