Auditioning in Winter

Hello!
I am very new to this
I am planning on auditioning in the winter for Roosevelt, and I have a few questions.

  1. The application doesn’t seem to be working, does anyone know why?
  2. Any tips for the audition itself?
  3. Where is a good place to find monologues?!
    Thanks for the help :)

Call the school and ask about the application. This time of year schools can still be in transition from last year’s info. Last year when my D was filling out apps there were some schools that did not have them updated until Sept. I don’t remember if Roosevelt was one of those.

My D enjoyed her CCPA audition and said that the auditors were very nice and and the students were helpful and friendly.

Keep going through the information on this site and seriously take the advice of the incredibly knowledgeable posters. There is a lot of information available on how to prepare yourself as much as possible for the whole audition experience including monologue and song choices.

Good luck this year!
