We recently updated the software underlying the forums. Probably the biggest change is a new notification menu. It’s possible for notifications to be listed in a strange order because of this change. If you see that problem, the remedy is to dismiss older notifications. You can do that by visiting them as normal or there’s " 
Dismiss" button at the bottom of the notification dropdown to dismiss every outstanding notification.
There have been a number of smaller changes as well. Please let us know if you see any problems.
