<p>So I'm going to CTOPS in August. If I understand correctly you can "shop" for classes and put them in your shopping cart anytime, but you can't actually register, that is get yourself a spot in that class until you go to CTOPS?</p>
<p>If that is true will I basically have last pick of all classes? </p>

<p>You’re right about the first part. You cannot get into the class until you register.</p>
<p>It may be a bit harder to get classes, but drop/add time for everyone else is also going on, so there will be people giving up their seats, which means you can potentially snag them. I know that seats were saved for previous CTOPS, but I am not sure about August ones since they are later.</p>
<p>I believe there are a certain number of seats reserved for each orientation. Including the August ones.</p>
