Aussies Unite!

@Aininor: I would recommend you not to mention hours/week and weeks/year in your extra-sheet ECs, because I read somewhere on CC that elite unis dislike this kinda info. After all, it is a bit of a show-off, isn’t it?

Yeah, just include your participation. They hate seeing bragging.

BTW
for applicants of 10fall
how are you guys going to plan your application of early decisions with HSC?
I mean most deadline of early desicion is on 1st Nov, by the time HSC hasn’t ended yet.
Or are you thinking about give up early decision at all?
^^

I’ll apply ED, but then send HSC reports later

I mean before that!
getting all applications ready while preparing for HSC?

Only list your most important accomplishments. Colleges here don’t want to hear about your time spent playing junior varsity soccer in 9th grade.

Thanks Collegehelllp
How many do you recommend to put on EC’s lists? say the most important five many?

Anyone here received a likely letter?

what do u mean a likely letter?
an acceptance letter?

then i got notified by 2 unis so far - both accepted
but not a lot of aid (and i need some)
so i’m gonna sit tight for few more weeks with hopefully better outcomes!

Huanbing.Izzy - There isn’t a certain number per se, you should just list the accomplishments/ECs that you feel will add to your resume and describe yourself to colleges in the most effective manner.

bump bump !?

Hey any of you guys applying to UK uni’s?

how are you guys going? have you gotten any decisions yet?

Have you Beeish?

auskor_crimson - how many unis in how many countries are you appklying to?!?! lol

yup  but don’t know if I can go cause of money and stuff.

Which unis have you got a decision from Beeish?

@st.g.i.dragons, ;D I just wanted to know if anyone’s applying to British unis because I heard they have Law courses in undergrad schools unlike American unis ;D plus my sister got offered a undergrad place in Uni of the Arts London so I guess it’s not a bad idea to apply to UK colleges as well as US colleges :D

How’s everyone?
The majority of the results are going to come out 1st the April!
Good Luck to everyone > <!

i’m in the same boat as beeish. where you going?
