How does austin's GPA scale work? is it relatively easy to maintain decent grades, maybe ~3.8gpa in the natural science department?

A=4, B=3, C=2, D=1, F=0

so, roughly how many B's could i have and still have a pretty decent gpa? (by decent, i mean about 3.7ish or so)

tuke...that's roughly 1 B for every 4 to 5 As. So over the course of your undergrad work, about 8 Bs. (If I understand your question correctly.)

ahh, alrite. thanks Idmom. yeah, im just trying to figure out right now if a gpa scale like UT's would work to my advantage or scale where like a ~93 = 4.0, ~90 = 3.6, etc would work to my advantage (since im an aspiring premed student who must maintain a relatively high gpa :()
