Auto Admit Time for admission?

<p>I applied to the university of texas austin. I am in state and in the top 4% of my class so, I am automatically in. My application is all complete except for one thing; I still have to send in my SAT scores. So, will I be admitted even though I haven't 100% completed my app? Or will i have to submit my sat scores so the app is 100% done before they will let me know? </p>
