<p>Not the top 10%, but the other factors should apply–combined SAT of 1300+, Top 25%. Call the admissions office–they are very helpful.</p>

<p>Yes it does. I was admitted automatic OOS with a top 25% rank, 31 ACT, and all the course requirements.</p>
