I am an international student and I just got my acceptance letter from university of Alabama. I am very excited. Just wanted to know that when do they allot the automatic merit scholarships? Or do we have to fill out an application for it?
the automatic merit scholarships are just given out to you based on gpa and test scores, you don’t need to fill out any application for them.

My daughter received an initial email letting her know she was accepted, and then around a week later received a package in the mail with another letter telling her of her acceptance, a number of informational brochures, and a letter letting her know of the scholarship she was awarded.
