On collegeboard's info page, it has some stats about the financial aid schools offer. I'm wondering if this means per year, or for the entire year?

From this page:

College Search - Northeastern University - NU - Cost & Financial Aid

"Financial Aid Statistics

* Number who were judged to have need: 1,647

* Number who had full need met: 338
- Average percent of need met: 67%

So for example, does this mean that $19,235 is per year, or for the entire student's stay? The tuition for this particular school is around 37k a year.
