i am an engineering major, about to finish undergrad and thinking of pursuing MBA.
does anyone know of average gpa (for an engineering major) and GMAT scores for some of the schools? particularly UCB, UCLA, wharton and sloan...</p>

<p>Right now applicant statistics are generally higher than normal due to the record number of applications. Berkeley’s avg GPA is 3.54 and UCLA is 3.5. You asked specifically about engineering majors and that information is not available but I suspect it’s a bit lower. Just keep in mind there will be many students with 3.7 to 4.0 GPAs which naturally means there are others who had 3.2 GPAs.</p>
<p>A lower GPA will generally need to be mitigated with a high GMAT score. You can find avg GMATs on class profile pages and I believe this number has risen to the 710 to 715 range at schools you mentioned.</p>
